February 18th, 2007 - Rompan Todo Interview
Cuenta Regresiva had an interview with Leo at Rompan Todo, a fast growing online radio station. It was about 30 minutes in which the guys spoke a little about themselves and a lot about their upcoming plans including their future shows and approaching video debut. Fer caught the attention of the many listeners when he said “ We are different from other bands because we are truly interested in getting to know our fans…we like to approach the audience and establish friendships.”
January 27th, 2007 - Rompan Rock I
After filming all day long (non-stop!), Saturday night CR made it to Tony’s Bar & Grill where over 250 eager fans awaited their arrival. Due to last minute booking “CR” was the opening act but that did not keep them from making their mark. May-D’s jump off the stage with mic in hand really set the tone for the rest of the night…

January 25th, 2007 - Video Shoot II
Waking up at the crack of dawn may not seem very pleasurable to many but for these over-achievers it’s easy. The very eager “CR” members will stop at nothing to make their dreams come true. Bright and early this morning the guys packed their equipment and headed to the studio. After makeup, wardrobe, and set up these good-looking rockers were ready to get the show rolling. “Rehearsals are priority, we’re perfectionists, says drummer Emilio, We want a lot of takes of every scene because it will give us good footage to work with.” Well there you have it fans, a group who isn’t intimidated by hard work and tight schedules and aims for nothing short of excellence…
January 24th, 2007 - Video Shoot I
Fer, May-D, Joel, Jonathan and Emilio hit the streets of downtown once again for a public appearance but this time, quite contrary from their last visits to Atl., the guys got together to shoot their first video “Sobrenatural.” The title which translates to “Supernatural” inherently demands something rather far from the ordinary. That is why fans are anxious to see what this young and vibrant group of innovators has in store for us.
December 18th, 2006 - "Sobrenatural" video shoot
The guys will hit the green screen on the 24th of January! To shoot their first video ever! "The single 'Sobrenatural', says lead man Fer, has truly been an art in the making"…everything from it’s slow and catchy thought-provoking lyrics to it’s soon to come full-blown video interpretation. It’s no wonder this new Latin band is quickly doubling their audience. For all you enthusiasts out there wondering, what’s next? This is only the beginning...
December 17th, 2006 - Plaza Fiesta
The guys had a promotional performance at Plaza Fiesta with CD signing and everything courtesy of “Discolandia.” Thanks to this well-known music store Cuenta Regresiva and other featured artists were able to get out and meet some fans in the area…
December 16th, 2006 - Victory World Church V3
A special dinner featuring a scheduled program that included a skit, personal testimonials, and a quick sermon all based on the immigration theme was presented. Some of the many different struggles one must overcome in order to achieve goals and effectively assimilate were addressed as well. The event, which was held at Victory World Church, was of great importance in pushing the idea that we must create a plan of action and stick to it. Naturally, Cuenta Regresiva connected guests filled with hope and desire to thrive, to their energy-fused rhythms and their inspirational words…
December 15th, 2006 - Santa Fe Mall
They even play at the Mall?! Yes! We are seeing more and more of “CR” and it seems they make no exceptions, they are everywhere. Cuenta Regresiva made shoppers stop, drop, and roll…Rock and Roll that is...at Santa Fe Mall. On Friday evening distracted consumers were lured into the music that echoed throughout the shopping center. As if they were under some sort of trance, people began to crowd around the guys with their bags, boxes, and what not. Soon the band had spectators circling the stage and let me tell you that the number of viewers only grew with every song. These Latin Hotties proved in just a few hours that they have the potential to keep sales-hungry buyers from purchasing and in turn get them into the CR “domain”…
December 3rd, 2006 – Discolandia
The album Dominio Eminente S.A. is available at all Discolandia stores in Georgia.
December 1st 2006 - Havana Club
The band hit the famous streets of Buckhead on the first of December to shake things up at the Havana club, Rock style. For the first time in this Latin dance club’s history there was live rock and roll. The crowd got an extra treat when Cuenta Regresiva played covers by “Mana”, “Heroes del Silencio”, and “Motel.” “We didn’t expect the transition to be so smooth when the salsa began to fade away in the background giving way to our alternative sound” says producer and performer May-D. Speaking of May-D, his interpretation of the hit “Dime Ven” by “Motel” caught us all by surprise. He conveyed a particular understanding of the song that had us swaying our hands in the air screaming “We want more!”…
November 5th, 2006 – Festival de Las Americas
CR performed at the Dekalb Events Center for the “Festival de Las Americas where many aspiring artists sang their hearts out on stage in front of hundreds of people and four very tough judges. Hopeful singers all competing for a prize that neither one could turn down…The band broke the ice for a crowd of viewers anxious to hear the response of the judges and the many nervous performers waiting their turn in line, with their soothing words from “Por ti Vivir.” Cuenta Regresiva closed their appearance with “Ganando” and if you’ve ever seen them in action you know this song really gets the listeners motivated to get up out of their seats and move! Originally scheduled to perform on November 12th the guys sincerely apologize to all who were planning on attending, for the abrupt reschedule. A big “Thank You” to the very popular and important media in Atlanta; Viva 105.7FM, Atlanta Latino Newspaper and the many more involved with sponsoring and supporting such a great event…
November 3rd, 2006 – In concert with “Hombres G”
At the Dekalb Events center the band shared the stage with the well-known Spanish group “Hombres G.”
The place was packed! With a line, full of cold and desperate fans waiting to purchase their tickets at the door, that extended all around the building to the parking lot and back. As is becoming a custom, Cuenta Regresiva left the public in awe…
